We have four simple options for you to choose from:
- Economy Delivery on orders under £240 (6-9 Working Days): £49.00
- Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days): £99.00
- Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days): £149.00
- Collection (1 Hour): Call the office on 01733 590315 after your order has been placed to confirm your collection time.
To place your order, go to our shop page and select your desired rooflights. It should take you to a secure page where you will have to input your information and payment details. Once that payment detail has been processed, you should receive an email confirming your order.
A HITECH Rooflight Delivery employee will deliver your order unless you live in a courier designated area. If you have any questions please call the office.
How we deliver
Our deliveries are made using our own vehicles. Our driver is on his own, so sometimes he might need additional help to deliver the goods. For oversized products, 2 – 6 people might be required. We will not accept liability for broken skylights during the unloading process, as it is up to the customer to organise this process. If the customer does not attend the delivery appointment or no one is there to accept your product, we will try and contact you via phone and text, and voicemail before our driver leaves your delivery address. If no contact is made, we will have no option but to return your product to our warehouse.
- You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment has been processed.
- If you live in a courier-designated area we will contact you to arrange delivery.
- All our units weigh 45kg per square meter. Please ensure you are onsite to help with the offload and quality control check. Our driver is not responsible to offload and transport any units. Failure to have someone onsite may result in the unit being returned.
- If you would like to know what date your order will be delivered before placing an order please call the office. They will be able to run through the HITECH Rooflight Delivery schedule with you.
HITECH Rooflight Warranty
We have a warranty covering the product for 5-20 years (terms & conditions apply). However, after delivery, and if you notice any issue with the package, you have three working days to return it. Although we are certain our products are sent out in perfect condition, we encourage you to inspect the package before installing it.
HITECH Rooflights Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us directly.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with paperwork, and unopened in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with paperwork, and unopened in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
