Ordered skylight windows for our new kitchen extension and they look absolutely brilliant. We had an issue after putting our order through as we realised we had to make changes to it, but the lovely gentleman helped me out over the phone, advised me on the best option for me, and quickly made the correct changes to the order so that I was able to get it delivered in a matter of days. I'm really happy with my skylight. It was easy to order online. I had a question before buying so I called and the lady who delt with me was every helpful. My builder said it was easy to follow installation instructions. Delivery was very quick and the delivery driver was helpful too. Selecting a rooflight supplier in the UK is daunting - dozens of companies, eBay listings, sponsored adverts and overlapping listings make it hard to differentiate the best. After phoning a number, HiTech stood out from the pack by volunteering the correct technical information, being honest on lead times and also wanting to understand the project as a whole. From ordering to delivery, communication was superb and the final product is excellent. I must highlight our contact, Andrew, who really went above and beyond on delivery day to ensure everything went to plan. As I was not on site at the time, he sent photos fromt he driver and confirmed safe storage. I even contacted him after hours as, unbeknown to both of us, a contracter had moved it after delivery, and he was responsive and reassuring. We brought two 1200mm x 1200mm roof lights with integrated blinds.  I honestly couldn’t be happier with the product and finished result.  The roof lights are really nicely made and well finished. I followed the installation instructions and watched a couple of YouTube videos to confirm how to properly insulate the upstand.  We had a couple of minor issues on delivery but they were resolved promptly and professionally, the customer service was excellent and very friendly.
